Located in Buda off of southbound I35 in the Cabela’s parking lot, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is always open for the residents of Buda, Hays county, and southern Travis county.

Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

Shannon was amazing when I walked in with major abdominal pain and I was immediately taken back. Such sweet staff and very quick, yet thorough. Isaac was great doing my CT scan. Marisa was such an attentive nurse the whole way through. Doctor Michele was super informative every step on letting me know what was going on. So much better than the regular hospital ER by far!

Exceptional Care and Outstanding ServiceI had to rush my son to the urgent care because he had a high fever, and from the moment we walked in, the care we received was exceptional. Shannon greeted us warmly and got everything processed quickly, ensuring there was no wait time. Isaac, the tech, was incredibly kind and efficient, and Marisa, the nurse, showed such care and professionalism. Dr. Luhm was thorough, attentive, and made sure all the necessary tests were done quickly. The entire team worked seamlessly to take care of my son, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in an urgent care setting. I’m so grateful for their dedication and compassion during such a stressful time. Thank you all!

Came in for a possible (now confirmed) case of Strep and I was blown away by the kindness and care offered by the Staff. Happy holidays and a special shout out to Shannon at the front desk, the nurse Marisa, the tech Isaac and the physician Dr. Luhm for making this a quick and easy ER visit.

I had GI issues earlier this year (2024) so when I began to have similar symptoms, I went straight here hoping to get iv fluids and nausea meds then be on my way. I went to a similar location in Austin with those results,but after 4 days of suffering. However, because I went on day 1, Dr Rockwood ordered an ultrasound and found a stone in the neck of my gallbladder so they transferred me to seton hays where I got surgery for gallbladder removal. What a ride. But front desk staff Shannon, nurse Aspen, Dr Rockwood Long, and Michael took care of me from the start, got me comfortable with meds, blankets, and offered my family access to their goodies snack area. Michael the radiology tech was accommodating during the ct scan.I'm glad they did the ultrasound or else it would have been overlooked. Unfortunately, seton hays are the ones who caused me issues but that's for their review. Shannon also gave me a resource to help pay the copay. Fingers crossed I qualify. Thanks Ally.

I have been to this place about 4 times so far. Everytime I have went the staff was great. Service was top notch. I would rather drive to Ally in buda then go anywhere ouy in kyle.

Brought my baby in to be seen after she had a fall. The staff were so nice and helpful. Shannon at the front desk was very friendly and comforting. The nurse Marisa, tech Lonnie, and Dr. Kagalwalla were very thorough and got us in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by amazing Shannon. From her greet to her service it not only helped my anxiety but it made me feel welcomed. Genuinely made the whole experience. Ronnie, Marisa and Dr.Kasawalla was sure to get me taken care of and better and they even gave me a goodie bag! The level and quality of service is above and beyond. Truly appreciate this office and there being a place like this to go to in an emergent times and knowing I can recommend this to my family and feel confident they will be treated the way I was.
