Located in Buda off of southbound I35 in the Cabela’s parking lot, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is always open for the residents of Buda, Hays county, and southern Travis county.

Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

Had to come to Ally 2x in the same month. Everyone was very nice. Front desk Brittany, Joan, Rain, Kyle, and of course Dr. Bludworth, Shay were all exceptional.

The staff was great, they treated my son as one of their own. They handled my son’s broken elbow right away with X-rays and pain medicine, to make him more comfortable. Everyone knew exactly needed to be done and even set us up with an appointment the next day with an orthopedic near us.

Everyone from the front desk Jen to Dr.French were great. My son broke his elbow and was in extreme pain. They rushed in him and controlled his pain. The nurse Bryant made my son comfortable with some jokes but still took his job seriously. Once they gave him medicine the radiograph tech Joan came in, and tried to take them as pain free as she could. We were there for no more than 2 hrs. Check in, exam, medicine, X-ray, results, splinter, set up of the orthopedic doctor, and check out. This team is seriously amazing. We live south of San Antonio and are honestly thinking about making the drive if we ever have an emergency.

Everyone was amazing! Dr. Michele Luhm & Dr. Kristen French were incredible and really showed that they cared. I would like to thank the both of them and all of the nurses who helped me as well, they were amazing. The receptionist was also very very kind! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you everyone!
