Join the Team That's Reinventing Emergency Care

We have opportunities for professionals who want their work to make a lasting difference in people’s lives. Ally Medical makes emergency medical care better for everyone – from patients and their loved ones who come to our well-designed, freestanding emergency rooms to every member of our staff who serve as patient allies.

The founders and managing partners of Ally Medical are experienced emergency physicians with a vision for improving patient care and outcomes, rather than following the impersonal metrics that drive hospital emergency rooms. The autonomy that comes from being locally and independently owned allows us to deliver emergency care that treats the whole person and ensures that patients receive the follow-up care they need. Our emergency centers offer calm and comfort, with all the advanced medical equipment required to provide truly outstanding emergency and trauma care.

We offer competitive compensation and a positive team environment for a range of full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. We invite you to complete the online application to indicate your interest.

We do not reach out to every applicant who submits an application. We will contact you for one of our open positions if your skills and licensure meet the needs of the role. We do keep applications and files, and we may contact you as roles become available.
