The entire staff at Ally took really great care of me. My Rad tech Diana, the ER tech Janessa, the nurse Dave, and my doctor Dr. dapper were also so wonderful to work with and they made me feel really comfortable. For what I went in for, I got in and out fairly quickly compared to a normal ER. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quick relief in an emergency!

Came in at 3am for a brutal illness. Natasha, Jess, Dana and Dr. Aldaz were super patient and thorough. Quickly diagnosed me and saved my ass the next day. 10/10 recommend

Mirene at the front desk was very helpful and accomadating, she answered all my questions with grace and kindness. Freddy my ER tech was also very friendly and even flattered me by using just a LG blood pressure cuff even though I know in my heart of hearts that my tree trunk bicep needs an XL, he also was very calm and efficient at sticking a swab into my nose and throat (I did gag a little, but my tonsils were inflamed so it wasn’t his fault). Dave my nurse had a really great bedside manner and was very thorough and informative about my medical condition. Gordon my rad tech was just total Zaddy 10/10 would let him X-Ray my chest again! And last but certainly not least Dr. Gulati was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed or crazy like most of my normal medical providers at ARC make me feel. I also am glad they gave me a list of my medical care team’s names so I could provide this thorough review for anyone on Google. You will get very prompt and thorough care with an excellent bedside manner. They are very transparent with billing and options on paying as well, and accepted my normal insurance. Thanks so much everyone at Ally, y’all have become more than Allies you are like family to me now.

The staff here are so sweet and caring. They made me feel whole in a time that I was broken and needed help immediately. I cannot recommend it enough.

On Halloween night my daughter got one of her cosplay contacts stuck in her eye and suffered a corneal abrasion. The ER at midnight on Halloween is never anyone's top choice but the care and attention we received at the central Austin location was amazing. Dr Price put her at ease and immediately earned her trust. Provided excellent education as to what had happened and what to expect. He was very attentive and caring. The whole team we saw was welcoming and made the experience so much better. Marlynn was a great nurse and Sissi at the front desk was helpful in getting my daughter her school excuse. You never want to have to take your kid to the ER but if you do, I can't recommend the Ally ER in Central ATX enough. Great work y'all! Thank you!

I’m so grateful to the team at Ally Medical Emergency Room for their compassionate care. Cole and Jeanne at the front desk were welcoming and kind, and Felipe, the ER tech, was attentive and efficient. Nurses Jaime, Eddie, and Kelly went above and beyond to keep us informed and comfortable. Dr. Berios and Dr. Nguyen provided thorough, caring attention to my daughter and me making sure we felt fully supported. The entire staff made a difficult time easier – thank you!

I've been here twice, once for crippling back pain and once for hives all over my body, and I had a great experience both times. there was no wait for me to see a doctor and everyone was extremely friendly and compassionate. when I go there, i know I'm going to feel taken care of when I need it most. thank you to all of the staff for your kindness

I went to Ally last night for a sudden onset kidney infection. Man did I feel awful. Freddy, Dana and Dr Padalecki took great care of me and I was out in 3 hours after iv meds and some prescribed antibiotics. I was pretty freaked out and really sick and I totally appreciated their calm competence and friendly management of my situation. Would recommend.2 months later: need to edit this review to report that they’ve sent a bill to my insurance for almost $16,000 including $3000 for Tylenol. BE AWARE OF THIS. The care was good but what the ever loving heck with those charges!?!? I was there 3 hours.

I will start off by saying that out of all of my emergency room visits over the years, Ally was the quickest, smoothest, and friendly. Jess (nurse) was an absolute rock star. She had a great sense of humor but was also caring and diligent. In a time when you are in pain and vulnerable, they made it feel less stressful and like I wasn't just another dollar walking in.
