Located in the center of Dripping Springs on US-290 at the corner of Rob Shelton Blvd. and across from the H-E-B, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is always open for the residents of Dripping Springs and the Hill Country.

Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

Quick service for strep . Dr. Drag, Sarah, Christen, Wendy, Tina and Caitlyn made it an easy visit.Went back a month later and had another great visit with Andrea, Matt, Wendy, George, and Dr. Dietert. Shout out to the doc for recognizing it was bedtime and offering to call me with the results. Nice service!

The facility was super clean and the staff was great. I signed in and was seen with 15 minutes, which is typically not the case at most urgent care emergency centers.

It is never pleasant when an ER visit is needed, but Ally made it as quick, easy and comfortable as possible. We were seen very quickly by a compassionate nurse Alicia and ER techs Wendy and Jane. And Dr Dietert was phenomenal. He was so patient with a scared, hurting pediatric patient. His expertise and caring bedside manner brought a lot of relief and after some imaging and a procedure, we were discharged with the young patient smiling and hugging her Ally Brave Bear. Well done to everyone at Ally Medical ER. It’s great that we have such wonderful medical care in Dripping Springs.

I went in late morning on Thanksgiving day with dislocated finger. I got to the doctor right away. Good information and care from all who assisted me. Very happy with the experience…except for the dislocated finger of course…
