Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

Went in late at night. They were fast, attentive and very caring. They made me feel extremely comfortable. From the wonderful lady at the front desk, the person that took my vitals, the nurse and the doctor. Would recommend 100 stars if I could.

I had to go to an ER several months ago and I had seen the Ally 24 hour ER on Palm Valley Boulevard near HEB and decided to give them a try. Last night I needed an ER again and since I was so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, care and great bedside manner I received the first time, I knew where I was going to go this time. I highly recommend them and really love their billing practices. They are locally owned and everyone seems to really care about you and the services they are providing. They are a fully equipped facility and have the same capabilities and equipment in-house, just like a larger hospital ER would. Very clean and nice facility and the doctors and staff were top notch and very pleasant.

Came in on a weekend and was greeted promptly and met with nurse Sarah very quickly afterwards. I needed to get a strep test and Sarah was so kind and empathetic toward my pain. I was able to get the test results quickly and got medicine/antibiotics on the spot. Doctor Barrero came in to check on me and give me a few tips as well. Both him and nurse Sarah were so incredibly nice given my sick condition. I feel a whole lot better and this is my new favorite urgent care to go to! Thank you all!
