Located on Palm Valley Blvd. (Highway 79) in the same parking lot as CVS, Rosas Café, and UFCU, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is in the heart of Round Rock and also serves residents in Pflugerville and Hutto.

Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

I’ve been to Ally ER twice and both my experiences have been terrific! The staff are fast, efficient, professional, and polite! They see patients in a timely manner without long wait times and in fact, with no wait time at all. I’ve left feeling more than satisfied with the care I’ve received. Thank you, Ally ER!

Review of Ally ER, Round Rock (December 2, 2024)I visited Ally ER in Round Rock yesterday, and I have to say, it was a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The staff—from the front desk team to the nurse and provider—were incredibly patient-centered. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel truly cared for and respected.I also want to highlight their copay plan options. They’re worth checking out, as they are very reasonable and thoughtful for patients who might need more flexibility.The environment at Ally ER was relaxed and welcoming, with a beautifully diverse team. It created a sense of comfort and inclusion that’s not always easy to find in medical settings. Overall, I felt safe, well taken care of, and genuinely at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend Ally ER for anyone looking for excellent care in a welcoming space.

Had a mishap at 5:45 am and split my head open pretty good.Walked into Ally on 79 at 6:00 am and was immediately seen and treated promptly after a diagnosis was made.The cost was very reasonable (I don’t have insurance), and I was home by 8:00 am.I highly recommend Ally Medical Emergency Room.

I had to go to this emergency room last night. I didn't really know where to go. I was disoriented. I woke up in the middle of the night with what seemed like a severe allergic reaction. When I started to feel like I couldn't breathe, I understood that I had to go to an emergency room and luckily this was the one closest to home. I don't speak very fluent English, but it didn't stop them from understanding my urgency and they treated me immediately. Super good treatment, from the reception, the nurse, the one who took my blood samples and best of all, the doctor! I was lucky that I was seen by Dr. Jeremy Racey, who also speaks Spanish and I was able to have a deeper conversation than I had ever experienced. In general, everyone was super friendly, with a sense of urgency and of making the patient feel really cared for and showing that they care. Last night was one of the scariest nights of my life, but thank God, I got to this place.

For 1-10 I would put Ally Medical 100 the staff and Doctor went above and beyond to take care of me couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend anyone to Ally Medical. So very grateful to all the staff.Thank you

This emergency medical facility is a great operation. My wife cut her finger deeply at Thanksgiving, carving a turkey. They got us in quickly and we were seen almost immediately. If we had gone to the emergency room at any hospital, it would’ve been 4 to 6 hours. We were so grateful to be able to get back to our family Thanksgiving dinner before dessert!

My entire visit to this facility was fantastic. Visiting from California for the Thanksgiving holiday. Walked into the waiting room and it was empty, which was such a relief because I needed to be seen immediately. Filled out some quick paperwork and was able to see a doctor right away. Asked me a series of questions and got me on an IV which gave almost instant relief. They recommended some tests to determine a diagnosis of Norovirus. She sent me home with several medications that I conveniently picked up at the CVS next door. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. The facility is clean and up to date. I hope I don’t find myself back in the ER for some time, but if I do I would 100% come here.
