Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

3 times visited this place and all 3 times very pleased, definitely not going anywhere else, they’re consistent on the good service provideStarting when you get there you don’t wait for too long, maybe 10 minutes, the ppl the ladies there are very nice and the Dr are very knowledgeable I feel safe.Also done some test and RX on the spot.Overall the experience is very pleasant.Very thankful for knowing this place.Also forgot to mention something very important How clean is in there, always someone cleaning and smells so clean.

I took my daughter Daisy to this ER in Round Rock, TX, and I highly recommend it! It is a 5 star location. Dr. Edward Raytenberg, MD was very knowledgeable, gentle, caring and skilled. I will always go to this location from now on. Thank you Dr. Edward. You made our day!

I went to Ally Medical yesterday 9/11/24 from being sicwk, I couldn't tell you how much miserableI was feeling coming into the ER vs coming out. From the front desk Julie and Mirene , to Rad tech-Hollie, the ER tech-Erica & Janette and the amazing nurse Gayla who was so sweet and always came in to check on me and NP- Dr. Han hands down the absolute best and never felt more comfortable. She listen to my conditions and made sure I was well taken care of and constantly check on me and made sure I was feeling better before I left. The care of the patients the whole staff has is absolutely the best and I will always come back to Ally. I can't thank you all enough, on much better I have been feeling since I came in. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Everyone from the front desk attendant to the treating medical staff was so nice and accommodating. I was seen quickly and am very happy with the treatment. Dr. Kate and Janette were amazing and personable. I would highly recommend Ally for any urgent care needs.

I have been here 3 times over the past year. They have been extremely fast, thorough and kind. Also, compared to a hospital emergency room there prices are better and the level of care is better! I highly recommend Ally!

This place is seriously the BEST ER around!! I’m 59 years old and have been to TOO many ER’s for myself and family in my lifetime. I have now been to Ally 4 times as of last week. I’m simply blown away at the consistency of excellence I’ve experienced. From the moment I walk in the receptionist at the window, the nurses, doctors, technicians who perform the CT’s, to the cleanliness of this place. Everyone and everything just perfection.I wish y’all had an MRI machine. That’s the only thing that’s missing 😉. Now I need to go somewhere else for that.I’ve told everyone I know about y’all and will continue to 💖
