Ally Medical is owned and managed by board-certified physicians who will work quickly to diagnose and treat your condition. Each location has advanced testing and imaging equipment on-site, including CT, ultrasound and x-rays, for fast results and accurate diagnoses. On the advice of my daughter, I went to Ally ER, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived at 7pm, I was greeted by a professional staff and was taken to an examination room within 15 minutes. Shortly thereafter, the attending physician spoke with me, taking the time to discuss my symptoms, medical history, and my recent visit to the other emergency room. The doctor clearly explained the treatment plan and promptly addressed my pain.Within minutes, I was taken for a CT scan, and upon returning to the room, medications were administered. I would particularly like to commend the lab technician who listened to my concerns about the difficulty of drawing blood due to my small, rolling veins. His attentiveness resulted in only one successful venipuncture, a stark contrast to the seven attempts at the previous ER. The nurses were also very attentive and compassionate, which is so important in such an environment.From start to finish, my experience at Ally ER was exceptional. I was seen, treated, and discharged within approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone in need of urgent medical care.
