Located in the heart of Brentwood, just south of Koenig/2222 on Burnet, next to Forest Family Dental and Toy Joy, this Ally Medical Emergency Room serves all of Central Austin, with easy access for Brentwood, Crestview, Allandale, UT Campus, Rosedale, and North Loop residents.

Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

I came in with very vague symptoms, they immediately rushed to help. So often in these situations people aren’t treated as, well… people.They showed genuine care and empathy. Smiles, eye contact, caring questions and support, a sense of urgency and empathy. I could not have asked for better care. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names, but I was a little distracted at the time. Still I would like to thank each and everyone of them. Everyone was wonderful.

I visited Ally Medical Emergency Room last night due to severe pain from a kidney stone. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a team of professional staff who quickly assisted with my intake paperwork. Within just 10 minutes, I was taken to the evaluation room, where RN Dana promptly began taking my vitals and assessing my pain. After providing some specimen samples, I was seen by Dr. Gulati, who thoroughly discussed my symptoms and treatment with exceptional bedside manner. Following my treatment, I was discharged with clear aftercare instructions. My experience at Ally Medical Emergency Room was truly outstanding, and I am deeply grateful to the front desk staff, the medical assistant, RN Dana, and Dr. Gulati for delivering such excellent care during my time of need.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at Ally. My husband went before and had a great experience, so when I became super sick overnight, he took me here. I was seen super quick, given everything I needed to feel better. The nurse was great,... the doctor was very respectful. It was SO much better than going to a regular ER and if we have an emergency again, we will definitely be back.Update for Visit number two! I took a nasty fall, cutting my face in two spots, and I called and spoke to Anastasia who told me they do everything and to come on in. Anastasia was great and so kind and they got me right back. The tech, Gabriel, was amazing and funny and got me cleaned up. Dave, the nurse, was very kind and took care of me. Dr. Milner got me glued back together and they sent me on my way in about an hour. This place is great. Definitely recommend!read more

So I came in hot on New Year’s Eve of all nights. Was greeted with a loving face by Sissi the front desk angel. I was in a consultation room before I could finish my paperwork, which was very short and sweet but thorough. I believe it was Fabi or... Ginny who took me in. Both amazing. Within minutes after listening to my symptoms Nurse Pam gave me a swab test. Pam is sooo good. Trust me! 20 minutes later they came with my results. So on point! Dr Price came in and explained exactly what was needed to simply feel better, get better and to stay better. He explained by his and his own experience what I was going through and how it will run its course. To the “T” this man had me on all levels. There was not any talk of payment. The whole time I felt safe. As a 45 year old man, I still feel like a baby when I get sick and just needed someone to tell me I was going to be ok. 2 days later with 2 types of covid and the flu all at once I’m starting to feel myself again. I cannot thank the team at Ally enough. I’ve been in some bad situations medically before but now I have found my new home when it comes to whatever medical issues I come upon. Life is short. Ally all day, all night. Blessed. These are just my words. Almost impossible to explain an experience. Have your own. You will know what I am doing my best to explain. Thank you so much. I received the best care at this Ally medical location! I was suffering through the flu, and decided to come in for chest pain. Right from the start Joanne at the front desk was helpful and attentive. She got me checked in quickly, and then helped... my boyfriend figure out his new insurance to be seen also.We were both quickly seen by Nurse Pam and Doctor Price. I don’t remember a time I’ve received such fast, and attentive care. Doctor Price listened to both my boyfriend and my symptoms individually and covered all the bases.I appreciate how detail oriented Dr. Price and Nurse Pam were. They explained exactly what stages of the flu we were in, and exactly how to get well with the prescribed medication. They even provided sleeping instructions on how to open our airways, and followed up two days later.Ginny, the awesome Rad tech made us a care package of juice and snacks after she performed my chest X-ray. It was seriously all we ate that day. You really can’t beat this care! It has been 4 days since our visit and we are feeling much better thanks to this awesome team! They all really care about helping people, and they truly helped us! I recommend this location 100%read more
