Located in the center of Dripping Springs on US-290 at the corner of Rob Shelton Blvd. and across from the H-E-B, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is always open for the residents of Dripping Springs and the Hill Country.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

We had a wonderful experience at Ally Medical Emergency Room in Dripping Springs. We came in for a possible broken bone for our 9-year-old daughter, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with exceptional care. Andrea at the front desk greeted us warmly and got us into the system promptly. RN Matt came to the waiting room and immediately took us back to an exam room, which was such a relief.Rad Tech Schyler was incredibly friendly and helped make a scary situation much more comfortable for our daughter. Dr. Patel was also so kind and helpful, explaining everything thoroughly. When we learned of the fracture, ER Tech Pete went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt at ease while applying her temporary cast.The entire experience exceeded our expectations. It was clear that everyone we encountered genuinely cared about what they were doing, and it showed in the way they treated us. A huge thank you to the entire team for making a tough situation so much easier for our family!

Took my daughter in for ear complaints. From the front desk to the doctor everyone is so incredible. Have to give a special shout out to Matt the nurse he was over the top kind! Will continue to use Ally in Drip! They are so amazing!!!!

Yesterday, my wife, Gigi Worth, was experiencing chest pains. We drove to Ally Medical to get checked out. The entire staff was wonderful. We could not have asked for better, professional treatment.

Grateful! So grateful for the amazing team that saw me recently and took care of me when I was very, very unwell! From David, at the front desk, to Tina, the Rad Tech, to Wendy the ER Tech, to Alicia, the RN, and last but not least, Dr. Dietert, the attending physician——every single one of them were spectacular! The treated me with the utmost kindness and gentleness while providing me with comfort and immediate attention during a terrible illness! Though I hope to never need their services again, I feel confident just knowing we have them in our little Dripping Springs community! I highly recommend them if an emergency arises. If you have to visit an ER this place is awesome. Had to go for a kidney stone, they knew immediately what was wrong and gave me something for the pain. They confirmed with imaging and gave guidance. The staff checked on me often, the gentleman at the front desk was awesome too. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I hope to never go back again - because I don’t want to be in a medical emergency, but if I have to I’d go back to Ally. Thank you for helping me get through that less than pleasant experience.
