Payment Options

At Ally Medical, we empathize with your cost share obligations and aim to be transparent regarding your payment options. We are obligated to attempt to collect patient co-pays at the time of service. However, we recognize that some patients may require flexible payment options or assistance based on their circumstances. Below are the options we offer to patients.

Care Relief Program

We offer assistance to qualifying insured patients who cannot pay their medical bills.  To determine whether you qualify for the care relief program, you will be required to complete an application. Note that you will be required to provide information about your income, family, and other financial resources to support your claim for assistance.  If qualified, you will be eligible to receive a partial or full discount on your cost sharing obligations.

Discounts for Uninsured or Self-Pay Patients

As a courtesy to uninsured or cash paying patients, we offer a discounted fee schedule for services depending on acuity and level of service needed.  At the conclusion of your medical screening examination, we will inform you of the costs associated with your visit, allowing you to make an informed decision before proceeding with treatment. The discounted fee schedule ranges from $220 to $2700.

Prompt Pay Discounts

We offer prompt pay discounts on balances paid in full within a certain time.  For balances paid in full within 30 days of receiving your statement, the prompt pay discount is 10%. For balances paid in full within 6 months will result in a 5% discount. To be eligible for the prompt pay discount, please contact us to discuss.

Flexible Payment Options

We offer flexible payment options and payment plans tailored to fit your budget and help alleviate the financial burdens associated with your healthcare expenses. We accept all payment methods – cash, all credit cards, check, ACH.  If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact us to discuss.
