Located on Palm Valley Blvd. (Highway 79) in the same parking lot as CVS, Rosas Café, and UFCU, this Ally Medical Emergency Room is in the heart of Round Rock and also serves residents in Pflugerville and Hutto.

Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.

Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

Whenever you or a loved one experiences a critical medical condition, please get emergency care as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.

My entire visit to this facility was fantastic. Visiting from California for the Thanksgiving holiday. Walked into the waiting room and it was empty, which was such a relief because I needed to be seen immediately. Filled out some quick paperwork and was able to see a doctor right away. Asked me a series of questions and got me on an IV which gave almost instant relief. They recommended some tests to determine a diagnosis of Norovirus. She sent me home with several medications that I conveniently picked up at the CVS next door. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. The facility is clean and up to date. I hope I don’t find myself back in the ER for some time, but if I do I would 100% come here.

Went in for kidney stones, “multiple” were found. Did not leave with anything for pain and seemingly brushed off. Had a nice lady nurse, but other than that was not pleased with the patient care. Waited for maybe an hour and a half before anything was given for pain at all. Had to go back in the following morning as the multiple that were found began passing. Went to Ascension and the treatment was night and day.

I had to go to this emergency room last night. I didn't really know where to go. I was disoriented. I woke up in the middle of the night with what seemed like a severe allergic reaction. When I started to feel like I couldn't breathe, I understood that I had to go to an emergency room and luckily this was the one closest to home. I don't speak very fluent English, but it didn't stop them from understanding my urgency and they treated me immediately. Super good treatment, from the reception, the nurse, the one who took my blood samples and best of all, the doctor! I was lucky that I was seen by Dr. Jeremy Racey, who also speaks Spanish and I was able to have a deeper conversation than I had ever experienced. In general, everyone was super friendly, with a sense of urgency and of making the patient feel really cared for and showing that they care. Last night was one of the scariest nights of my life, but thank God, I got to this place.

MY NAME IS KATRINA TURNER UNDER HUBBYS ACCT. UPON ARRIVING TO ALLY MEDICAL I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN LIKE NO OTHER. IMMEDIATELY WAS WITH ROBERT & A WHEEL CHAIR. I HAD THE WORST BACK & LOW ABDOMEN PAIN. WITH IN 10 MINS THE NURSE CAME IN PUT IN A IV & TOOK BLOOD THEN GAVE ME MORPHINE. U FORTUNATELY THAT DID NOT TOUCH MY PAIN & IT WAS NOT HELPING ME, LATER CAME IN & GAVE ME DILAUDID & IMMEDIATELY PAIN RELIEF. I WAS WHEELED INTO CT-SCAN. (KIDNEY STONES) DOCTOR HAD BEEN IN & OUT. DR RACEY WAS VERY NICE & HELPFUL. EVERYONE WAS SO KIND & VERY HELPFUL. NO ATTITUDE LIKE OTHER MEDICAL PLACES. EMPATHIC OF MY EXTREME PAIN WAS NOTICED. BEYOND IMPRESSED. CAN NOT THANK YALL ENOUGH!!!

This past year has been exhausting dealing with medical insurance and physicians. All of the staff at Ally made me feel heard and cared for. I cannot stress enough how amazing the ladies at this facility are. Not only do they give top tier care but also compassion for their patients. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here. ( also out of pocket pay is fair and very upfront about the payment process…free screenings are a plus ⭐️)

Ally Urgent Care was absolutely outstanding. The front office team was courteous, kind, and empathic. The intake process was quick and easy. We were brought in in less than 5 minutes. The nurses were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Radiology came in to take us for an xray and it was done and read in minutes. The physician was excellent. A great communicator who really was caring. We were out in less than 45 minutes. As a physician and a patient, I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve seen or been a part of. Superb from start to finish. Kudos and sincerest thanks for truly outstanding care.

I have never been treated so kind and in a quick timely manner as I was yesterday with a broken toe at Ally. All employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and in turn happy to do their jobs! Loved it there!!

The team at Ally is incredible! This place is like the H‑E‑B & Buccee’s of the medical field. Everyone is kind, compassionate and quick. The facility is clean and they make sure they speak to you like a person when explaining your treatment. You don’t leave with a bunch of discharge paperwork that you have to Google in length what everything means. You are given a folder, with your paperwork, your images on a disc to keep for your records and to give to your next doctor if you have a follow up. 10/10 Recommend!!
